  • Enter the main level of the cabin from the parking area up 5 steps across the wraparound covered and open decks through one of four doors.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign the agreement, and be present for the stay.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events or parties above the posted occupancy. No events allowed.
  • No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.
  • Keep outside noise respectable.

Cancellations

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival: refund of deposit.
  • Bookings canceled 31-59 days before arrival: refund of half of deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days: no refund unless reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $25 per night per pet. Mature dogs only. Maximum 2 dogs.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or by calling the office more than a week in advance. You will receive two kiln-dried packs of wood and a fire starter for $25 plus taxes as a one-night bundle.

Parking Information

  • Free parking available.
  • AWD/4WD is recommended during winter months. In times of heavier snow/ice, chains may also be necessary.

Utilities and Amenities

  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • High-speed internet, TV, cable TV, stove, oven, dishwasher, pool table, hot tub, climate control, clothes washing machine and dryer, and kitchen and cooking basics are available.
  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.
